Dear Customers and Partners,

Given the global context of the increasing spread of COVID-19, also known as "Coronavirus," our firm has positioned itself in favor of cooperation and an effective response to preserve the individual and collective health of our team and, consequently, of society as a whole.

As you are aware, our actions are guided by transparency and proactivity.

Therefore, we are communicating the change in our work schedule and the adaptation of our internal organization, which will in no way impact the provision of our services.

Taking advantage of the preventive measures determined by the Ministry of Health and the recent suspension of procedural deadlines, on an exceptional basis, we have cancelled all our scheduled appointments, meetings, assemblies, or any other activity that requires social contact between our team.

This initiative is necessary to combat the potential contamination and spread of the epidemic.

Our entire team will be working from home until March 31, 2020.

Any meetings that become necessary will be held virtually.

Meanwhile, our telephone, email, and digital channels remain unchanged, aiming to provide the necessary information.

If you need specific advice to deal with the outbreak, please know that we are at your disposal to assist you in any way necessary. We have formed a multidisciplinary Task Force and prepared an Informative Manual on the impacts of the pandemic on our economy, available for download, with useful information for you and your company. This document will be updated whenever there are new developments.

Finally, we would like to inform you that, to date, there are no known cases of the disease within our team. We understand that these measures are necessary for everyone's well-being, as this is an exceptional public health situation.

We are living through an unprecedented time.

Our decisions at this moment will be etched in the history of our country and the world.

We are certain, however, that together we will overcome this great challenge, which will enrich us as a society and a community.
