Doctor of Commercial Law from PUC/SP. Master in Business and Corporate Law from UNISINOS. Specialist (LLM) in Business Law from FGV. Completed advanced training in Business Law at the Faculty of Law of NOVA University of Lisbon and executive training in Mergers and Acquisitions at Insper.
Professor of Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy in the LLM in Business Law at UNISINOS. He is the author and co-author of articles, chapters, and books dedicated to Business Law and Insolvency Law, and a speaker at academic and professional events in Brazil and abroad.
His practice focuses on the areas of Business and Corporate Law, with an emphasis on corporate restructuring, judicial and extrajudicial reorganization, corporate insolvency, and distressed M&A transactions. He participates in the strategic planning and management of significant judicial reorganization and insolvency proceedings in the country.
He is the Regional Director of IDRE in Rio Grande do Sul, Ambassador of IBAJUD in the State, and a member of the Bankruptcy and Business Recovery Committees of the OAB/RS and OAB/SP.
